Charmaine Seloma is the Stakeholder Relations Manager at Rays of Hope. She was born and raised in Johannesburg and attended the National School of Art, specialising in Performing Arts. She cut her teeth in community development by studying and working as a Campus Minister at Wits University. She then moved into Business Development and Marketing Management in the tourism industry leading up to the 2010 Soccer World Cup.

She’s has since dedicated her career to community development, the empowerment of women and youth and job-creating initiatives that drive sustainability and social justice in the NPO sector. When she’s not public-speaking, coaching or studying, she’s just mom to her 6 year old daughter.
