Sandy has been with Rays of Hope since 2015 and is responsible for the financial management of the organisation as well as operations. Sandy spent many years working in various finance positions in the corporate industry, she also spent a number of years as the accountant for a well-known hotel group.

Having grown up in the Eastern Cape she regularly amazes people with her fluent Xhosa. Sandy has been married to Gary for more than 30 years and has two adult children – Kayleigh and Hayden. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
