Dikeledi Phiri is a qualified Social Auxiliary Worker with a deep passion for working with children. Her journey in the social development sector began as a volunteer, and over the years, she has served in various roles including Field Worker for Child-Headed Households, Psychosocial Support Assistant Manager, and Team Leader.

She currently serves as the Head of the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Department, where she leads programmes that support the growth, well-being, and holistic development of young children.
